Mosque Programs

Friday Prayers (Jumu'ah)

Weekly congregational prayers on Fridays, which include a sermon (Khutbah) followed by the main prayer.

Every Friday, 1:00 PM

Islamic Educational Classes

Classes aimed at teaching the basics of Islam, including Quranic studies, Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), and Islamic history.

Every Monday and Wednesday, 6:00 PM

Youth Programs

Activities designed for young members of the community, including Quran recitation competitions, Islamic quizzes, and social gatherings.

Every Saturday, 10:00 AM

Charity Drives

Organizing charitable initiatives such as food distribution, fundraising for underprivileged communities, and aiding the poor.

Every second Sunday of the month, 2:00 PM

Health & Wellness Programs

Providing health check-ups, fitness programs, mental health workshops, and dietary guidance based on Islamic principles of health.

Every Tuesday, 5:00 PM

Marriage Counseling

Offering premarital counseling and guidance for married couples based on Islamic teachings about family and relationships.

Al Huda Islamic Center provides authentic Islamic education, spiritual growth, and community support based on the Quran and Sunnah, as understood by the righteous predecessors. We aim to empower Muslims, especially youth and women, to build a strong, united community and share the message of Islam while making a positive impact in Calgary.

Vision

Our vision is to empower Muslims with knowledge and practical spirituality to become contributing members of the greater Calgary community. We are committed to actively engaging in Dawah for both Muslims and non-Muslims, spreading Islamic knowledge, and strengthening brotherhood based on the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), as understood by the righteous predecessors.

Through inclusive religious, educational, and social programs, we aim to nurture spiritual growth, uphold Islamic values, and foster a compassionate, faith-driven community. Together, we strive to build a vibrant and unified Muslim community rooted in faith, knowledge, and mutual support.
